• Graham Fitchie is a qualified and experienced IT technician, with 20 years background in updating and repairing a variety of computer equipment.
• Manny Masih has taught IT extensively at a local college, developing courses for all ability levels, as well as working for IBM.
Both have run practical training courses for business and are committed to successful practical training methods.

This course is intended for those wishing to begin practical upgrading of computer hardware and software. The benefits of the course to individuals will be to allow them to approach hardware and software issues with confidence and competence.
